The form must be dated, signed and stamped by the director or editor-in-chief of the press institution. The accreditation will be given within 2 (two) days of submitting the request and is it available until the end of the event.
Rights and obligations of the accredited journalists
The accredited journalists for the Danube Cooperation Forum have the possibility to contact the participants for possible interviews and discussions with their consent. The accredited journalists will receive, by e-mail, press release before and after the event.
Television crews, photo reporters and accredited journalists have the obligation to respect the dignity and privacy of those present at the event. As consequence, photos and video recording are allowed in “Dunarea de Jos” University of Galati head office exclusively within the perimeter of the Forum.
It is strictly prohibited, without the prior written consent of the representative of "Dunarea de Jos" University of Galati, video recording and photos in:
- offices in which activities are carried out by "Dunarea de Jos" University of Galati staff;
- halls, toilets, dining areas;
- special purpose rooms.
The use of unauthorized audio and video recording equipment is forbidden. Failure to comply with these rules results in withdrawing the press accreditation.
The bodies or the people in charge with the press relations of "Dunarea de Jos" University of Galati are responsible for applying these instructions correctly as well as notifying the management of "Dunarea de Jos" University of Galati regarding the problems that have arisen.
